The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, is in a deep predicament following the inability of comedian, Alhaji Babatunde Omidina aka Baba Suwe to pass out drugs after three trials.
Baba Suwe was arrested last Wednesday on suspicion of drug trafficking. Even though the agency is still detaining him pending when he will excrete the drugs, Baba Suwe has vowed to sue them for accusing him falsely.
The agency on the other hand believe that with his sixth excretion, they will be able to lend credence to their accusations. They claim that there had been cases where suspects started excreting drugs after their fourth excretion without drugs.
