Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha has said the greatest challenge of his office is
building a state of the peoples’ dream.
His intention is to run an administration that would be beneficial to the next generation. Although challenges abound, he and the people of Imo state would surely overcome.
The governor said his inauguration reaffirmed his belief that there is still a bright future for the state, which underscored the fact that power still rests in the people.
“Our vision is clear and our purpose is sincere,” he told a huge crowd of supporters and many folks.
Okorocha added that his administration would focus on education and bring good governance to the people.
“We will build a strong economic base for the people; peace and security would be pursued vigorously.
“The state will be vibrant enough with food for all and free education for every child up to secondary school level and ample gainful opportunities for all. Fees in tertiary institutions will be minimal,” he said.
