The Federal Executive Council has retified the contracts for the upgrading and reconstruction of terminal buildings in some of Nigeria's airport.
The council also ratified provision of facilities in the maitama extension district of the federal capital territory.
Both contracts are valued at N46,015,371,892.87, with N22,365,371,892.87 of the sum going to aviation while facilities at Maitama district would cost N23,650,000,000.00.
The weekly council meeting was presided over by Vice President Namadi Sambo.
Minister of Information and Communication briefed news men at the end of the meeting.
