ACN sets up Seven Man Presidential screening committee:

A seven-member committee chaired by the governor of Ekiti state has been by constituted by the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) to screen the party’s presidential aspirants on Tuesday, January 11.

The party, in a statement on Sunday, said the Presidential Screening Committee will have Muiz Banire, the Lagos commissioner for the environment as the secretary to the committee.

Other members of the committee include Ibrahim Na-Iya Sada, Yakubu Muktar, Chudi Nwike, Osagie Iyamu and the party’s spokesperson Lai Mohammed. According to the statement, the party warned that the aspirants must not come with a crowd stating that “all aspirants must come with not more than one other person and not a crowd to the ACN National headquarters, which will serve as the venue of the screening exercise.”
