BBNaija 2019: Audition centers, eligible candidates announced

Audition centers for the fourth edition of Big Brother Naija have been officially released.

The African top reality show, which will for the first time hold in Nigeria, will be hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

The auditions as announced by DSTV will hold on Feb. 1 and Feb. 2 in eight locations across Nigeria, an increase from previous editions.

Bet9ja has been announced as headline sponsors of the new season and would run for a period of three months.

The Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice Nigeria, Mr John Ugbe said: “This fourth season promises to be even bigger than previous editions and underscores MultiChoice’s position as the biggest investor and driver of entertainment content on the continent.

“The reality TV show which follows the format of the international Big Brother franchise is known to bring excitement and entertainment to fans and viewers across the continent.

“It will house strangers over a period of three months who will contest against each other in a battle of wits for the ultimate prize.”

Ugbe said that they would always follow best standards as regards security, making sure that the housemates and contents are secured.

He said that specific locations and times for the auditions in February would be announced subsequently.

Candidates are expected to be 21 years and above, and report to audition centres with valid international passports.

Lagos: D’Podium event center, Off Adeniyi Jones, Allen Ikeja

Abuja: Multichoice office, Plot 1548 Ademola Adetokunbo street , Beside NEMA adjacent Transcorp Hilton

Port Harcourt: Hotel Presidential, 5141, Aba road.

Ibadan: Mauve 21 Events Centre,MKO Abiola way Ring Road by Adeoyo Junction.

Enugu: Oakland Hotel and Park, Tunnel Crossing, Ogui ring road behind Etim Plaza.

Warri: Deluxe Garden Suites, Bauchi Close, Shell Edjemba.

Calabar: Venetian Arena, Plot 5 Murtala Mohammed Highway.

Benin: Uyi Grand Event Center, 11 Osagiede street GRA.
