El-Rufai has reacted to Gov. Ayodele Fayose’s mockery of plan by the Kaduna
governor to sack 22,000 teachers who purportedly failed competency test.
Fayose on Monday mocked
El-Rufai’s plan to sack teachers, saying it is APC policy to retrench
workers after promising to create jobs for Nigerians.
El-Rufai in defence of his
planned action said the government is replacing unqualified people not sacking
teachers. According to him, the aim is to save the future of the next
generation.
El-Rufai said on twitter
@GovKaduna, “Your excellency sir, we are not sacking teachers in kaduna, rather
we are replacing unqualified people who are unfit to be called teachers to save
the future of next generation.”
What do you expect from a semi illiterate governor like Fayose???He will always support indolence and laziness!

ReplyDeleteThere could be no humanity issue in a situation where you will continue to do the wrong thing because people are involved.The fact that people will continue to do the wrong thing does not make them correct.No matter how long they have been doing it somebody somewhere will one day make a move to correct the wrong.Instead of encouraging Mallam EL-Rufai some people want to crucify him.Look sentiment will never help anybody,we are where we are today because of sentiment in everything we do.Unqualified teachers are as dangerous as snake bite that can send one to an early grave.What will you expect from children taught by teachers who cannot write their own names correctly?They were t6eacher handpicked by employees of the Kaduna state universal basic education because of sentiment,NA MU NE.EL- Rufai ride on,if you can achieve this successfully your name will be printed on the sand of time.Why I say successfully is that those same unqualified teachers will will again find their ways into the classroom even after the excercise,trust Nigerians.
