How is Buhari better than South East leaders – Omokri

Reno Omokri, the former Special Adviser on New Media to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has said President Muhammadu Buhari is a hypocrite, for expressing disappointment in South East leaders over the agitation by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

Omokri made the rebuttal while reacting to Buhari’s Independence Day speech.

He wondered why a president who has never blamed Northern leaders for Boko Haram insurgents should now blame South East leaders for Biafra agitation.

In a series of tweets via his twitter handle, the United States based former presidential aide wondered why Buhari who divided Nigeria into “97% versus 5% is disappointed at others? ”

The tweet reads, “And on Independence Day PMB said “I am very disappointed” at “responsible leaders of these communities”. Is he @MBuhari better than them?

“President @MBuhari who never one day blamed Northern elders for Boko Haram today blamed SE elders for IPOB. What a hypocrite of a President!

“PMB says he’s ‘disappointed’ in SE leaders? A man who divided Nigerians into 97% versus 5% is disappointed at others? Look in a mirror sir!”
