DJ Jimmy Jatt Weighs in On Davido and Wizkid Feud: ‘It is Healthy!’

DJ Jimmy Jatt thinks the raging Davido and Wizkid beef, which has stretched for many months, is a good thing.
Recall that after Banky W pleaded with the two young acts to resolve their differences, the feud got reignited again after the Davido announced in a SnapChat video that he will soon be dropping a very ‘disrespectful’ track targeting his contemporary, and he also made passing shots at Wizkid’s management company, Disturbing London.

Many fans had weighed in on the nasty feud, including top stars who have advised that the duo work together. But legendary disc jockey Jimmy Jatt thinks differently: he says the feud is healthy.

“It is healthy,” he said of the beef, adding, “They go to the same club and they party and we don’t hear of any fight. It is just the music.”

He went on to blame the media for sensationalising the singers’ differences, adding that when one of the singers makes a post, the media brands same as a “clapback” targeting the other, worsening a rather mild situation.

“(But) let’s keep it clean,” Jimmy Jatt added, “It is like boxing. They beat you up. They hug each other after the fight [even though] before the fight it [things seem intense].”
