The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has threatened to unleash violence on members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.
Speaking in Calabar, the state capital, Wike, wielding a machete threatened to use the it to hack down members of APC in the state.

In a video which has since surfaced online, the governor could be heard saying, “Since you have given me this machete in Rivers State, I will not look back, I will use it and cut all of them, APC.
“Is there any APC again here? They should hear now, before our people said nothing but now they have given us the go ahead.
“I didn’t come here with this machete, it was when I came here that they gave it to me and the implication of using this tool is to clear all the unwanted.
“All those that know don’t come closer to me because my people have given me the instrument to go to war and with this you don’t want me to catch you.”

  1. Was Governor Wike speaking and holding a machete in Calabar, capital of Cross River State? Was his threat meant for APC members in Cross River State? That is what this story implies.

  2. Could it be that this governor Wike takes pleasure in blood? May be he is a vampire but going by the records since assumption of office as governor of Rivers State, many people have been hacked down possibly without machete but this time he has been bold to it that he wants more blood. This is typical stupid of a rascal masquerading as a governor.
