Popular standup comedian, Seyi Law, has added
his voice to those calling for the re-arrest of the leader of the Indigenous
People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
Seyi Law, who took to his
instagram page wondered when the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo would order
the re-arrest of the IPOB leader.
Reacting to Kanu’s inauguration
of Biafra Secret Service, the comedian faulted the silence of the Federal
Government, noting that renowned terrorist groups like ISIS, Al Qaeda and Boko
Haram started the same way.
The ace comedian wrote: “Have you
heard that BIAFRA now has a SECRET SERVICE? When will the Government rearrest
Nnamdi Kanu or have a referendum? Is Osinbajo trying to be politically correct
or just following the silence is golden rubbish?
“There are certain things you
don’t condone and this is one of it. The build up of Al Qaelda, ISIS, Boko
Haram etc all started like this. From formation to subtle killings and then,
massive bombing and we will beginning to look for a needle in the forest.
“The IGBOs in the NORTH will not
come out to jointly condemn Nnamdi’s act now, but once the North start issuing
threats which is not right by the way, they will break the code of SILENCE. If
you don’t support this, speak now and not later.
“Walls and borders have created
disunity amongst us. Natural resources has become the bane of our agony. I hope
we will not fold our arms and watch this Nation plunge into an unnecessary war.
Anyway, before you crucify me, remember and know that my wife is Igbo and I
have a daughter who is Yoru-Igbo.
SILENCE on this means APPROVAL.”
Really government have to do something about it, to avoid hard I know.
ReplyDeleteSeyi Law, Are you serious? ISIS etc didn't start Like IPOB. ISIS AND Boko Haram kill in the name of religion. Is IPOB preaching and killing? Are you in your right frame? I mean: are you out of your mind?
ReplyDeleteWell seyi law or whatever you call yourself, if you're adamant and ignorant enough not to realize that kalu has only called for referendum and not for war.self determination is our right. Why can't your foolish government conduct the referendum which is the right of the people. It is the government that's violating people's right here and not kalu. You better think we'll before you talk. This is not comedy
ReplyDeleteWho manufactured the missile which vanguard published it that it can destroy ten states in the north, the guy is gathering weapons in hidden or in proxy, but time will tell.
