VIDEO: Naval officer beats security guard into a coma

A security guard attached to Tasty Fried Chicken restaurant was nearly killed by a naval officer on Tuesday eyewitnesses have reported.

A video of the incident which occurred in Benin City, Edo State was posted by Ebalsblog on Wednesday.

It was gathered that trouble started when the security guard, who also has the duty of overseeing the car park, asked the officer not to block other cars in with his car.

Instead of following the advice, the officer descended heavily on the guard, who passed out after profuse bleeding , eyewitnesses claimed.

The witnesses and passers-by held the naval officers from escaping from the scene until the police arrived.

The video ended as the officer tells the policemen to allow him call his office.

  2. This is the problem in Nigeria: Lack of humility and big egos. Some people think they are too big to follow the rule. The woman in the video is right. The guy was just doing his job of directing parking. He has no right to beat him for telling him not to park wrongly. If this attitude does not end, we will continue to have problems. Who does that Naval Officer thinks he is to beat another man to a coma just for telling him not to park in the wrong place? Is it wrong to do your job of directing parking? Is the naval office the president of Nigeria that he should think he can park anyhow? Even if he decided not to listen, why does he have to beat that man up? He deserves to go to jail because that man could die from this beating. He should go to jail for assault on another person who was just trying to do his job. Some people's egos need to be checked. Too much stupid egos. Let him go to jail for not being humble enough to follow the rule.
