Lady sues Mercy Aigbe and Linda Ikeji for N500m

Lawyers to Opemititi Ajayi, the lady alleged to have caused the crash in nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe’s home, Afolabi Fashanu & Co have written to blogger, Linda Ikeji, and actress, Mercy Aigbe over the defamation of character of its client.

They asked both parties to do a retraction of their story and tender an unreserved apology to their client. They are asking for the sum of five hundred million naira as fee for damages caused to her reputation by their publication. They claim that their client suffered hatred, contempt and is now being shunned by close friends and business associates.

Recall that in an interview with Broadway TV, Mercy Aigbe was quoted to have claimed her husband slept with a close friend of hers (read HERE) while Linda Ikeji on her part had exclusively broke the news on her blog that Opemititi A.k.a queen stunner was responsible for Mercy Aigbe's failed marriage.
