Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate and Imo Stage indigene, Uriel Ngozi Oputa has been appointed as the ambassador of Imo State Carnival by the governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha.
The governor made the announcement during his speech at the homecoming party of the ex-BBN housemate in Imo State yesterday.
