According to reports, the new mega party to be formed by aggrieved members of the All Progressives and the Ahmed Makarfi –led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will be called Action Democratic Party (ADP).
Proponents of the new party , who are drawn from all the six geo- political zones of the country would converge on Abuja, the nation’s capital, on Monday, December 19, 2016 to conclude on the name for the new party.
If members agree on the name and structure, all the documents would then be forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to commence the process of full registration.
