Ponzi scheme, Ultimate Cycler relaunches after weeks of shutting members' out of website

Ultimate Cycler, one of the most popular money doubling schemes worldwide has been finally relaunched and updated.



The UC founder, Peter Wolfing made the announcement on Friday after two weeks of blocking members' access to the site.

He wrote: "UC Launch update. We are moving data and site files so if the site does not come up, DON'T PANIC. Patience grasshopper."
