IF FRSC CARRIES ARMS, THEN THEY HAVE BECOME ROAD HAZARDS AND NOT ROAD SAFETY. THAT MEANS THERE IS GOING TO BE MORE ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGES.CRIMINALS, THEY NEVER TALK WETIN THEY WAN CARRY THE GUNS DO.
