Japanese side, Kashima Antlers progressed into the final of the 2016 FIFA Club World Cup following a hard fought 3-0 win against Atletico Nacional of Colombia at the Suita City Football Stadium, Osaka on Wednesday.
Shoma Doi opened scoring for Kashima Antlers from the spot 12 minutes before the break.
Kashima Antlers who beat African representative Mamelodi Sundowns 2-0 in the previous round sat back in the second half to defend their lead with Nacional probing without success.
Antlers, however, got the decisive second through Yasushi Endo seven minutes from time.
Yuma Suzuki made victory certain for his side when he netted the third in the 85th minute.
The Japanese side will face the winner of the second semi-final between European champions, Real Madrid and Mexican side, Club America.
