Obaseki appoints ex-campaign DG as SSG

Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has appointed the Director-General of his campaign organisation, Osarodion Ogie, as the new Secretary to the State Government.


This was Governor Obaseki’s first official appointment since he was inaugurated last Saturday.

‎Ogie, who was the immediate past Commissioner for Works, was also sworn in by Governor Obaseki on Monday at the Government House, in Benin, the state capital.
