The news making the rounds on the social media has it that the siblings reportedly abandoned their Christian faith, embraced Islam, and headed straight to Kaduna State to undergo Islamic education.
According to a Facebook page, Islamic Calling Family, the siblings have been enrolled in Islamic school in Kaduna state to have basic Islamic education.
The statement of the page reads, “ISLAM MUST CONTINUE TO GROW IN IGBO LAND.
“Three brothers of same parents from Chokoneze in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA Imo State accepted Islam 2 days ago.
“Chinonso now Hassan, Chika now Musa. Chibuzor now Abdulrahman. They are now in Islamic school in Kaduna state to have basic Islamic education.”
That is to tell you that the recession in hitting hard on people, people are looking for any available means to survive, converting to get away from hardship

Islam is the religion which was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of GOD, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by GOD to mankind. The name of God's religion Islam (Submission) was not decided upon by later generations of man. It was chosen by GOD Himself and clearly mentioned in His final revelation to man. In the final book of divine revelation, the Qur'aan, GOD states the following:
Qur'an 5:3 Today, I have completed your religion, perfected My blessing upon you, and I have decreed Islam (Submission) as the religion for you.
Only One Religion Approved by God
Qur'an 3:67 Abraham was neither Jewish, nor Christian; he was a monotheist submitter. He never was an idol worshiper.
Qur'an 3:85 Anyone who accepts other than Islam (Submission) as his religion, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter, he will be with the losers.
ReplyDeleteNowhere in the Bible will you find GOD saying to Prophet Moses people or their descendants that their religion is Judaism, nor to the followers of Christ that their religion is Christianity. In fact, Christ was not even his name, nor was it Jesus! The name "Christ" comes from the Greek word Christos which means the anointed. That is, Christ is a Greek translation of the Hebrew title "Messiah". The name "Jesus" on the other hand, is a Latinised version of the Hebrew name Esau.
For simplicity's sake, I will however continue to refer to Prophet Esau (as) as Jesus. As for his religion, it was what he called his followers to. Like the prophets before him, he called the people to surrender their will to the will of GOD; (which is Islam) and he warned them to stay away from the false gods of human imagination.
According to the New Testament, he taught his followers to pray as follows: "Yours will be done on earth as it is in Heaven".

There is no compulsion in religion, Islam welcome everyone who wish to follow the step of all the prophets of God and worship God in the same they do.
Quran 2:256 There shall be no compulsion in religion: the right way is now distinct from the wrong way. Anyone who denounces the devil and believes in GOD has grasped the strongest bond; one that never breaks. GOD is Hearer, Omniscient.

ReplyDeleteI don't know why we take things out of proportion. Tonnes of Muslims convert to christianity everybody and this has never been mentioned in national news. What is the big deal about 3 boys converting to Islam? Abeg he reduce the price of garri for market?
