Human rights lawyer, Ebun Adegboruwa, in an interview with Channels TV, argued that the judges accused of corruption should not step aside.

He claimed that according to law, an accused person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a competent court.

Ebun Adegboruwa also argued that if the judges should resign, Buhari should also resign over allegations about his WAEC result.

    Buhari dont have waec certificate yet he hire 20 SANs to stop the trial..y dont he simply bring out the certificate or refer to the Cambridge authorities that issued it, if it is lost or misplaced..can such happen in USA or UK or germany or france or china or japan? ..abegi comot for road jare make i go buy pure water for london...

  5. I agree with Ebun hundred percent. Ebun is very clear about the position of the law.We are not in Idi Amin's Uganda or Emperor Bokassa's Central Africa's Republic.

  8. Enter your comment...If there are no corrupt lawyers there can be corrupt judges. Ebun or what is he called is one of those lawyers. Empty barrel that just makes too much noise. That is why things are going from bad to worse. Why was it that only in 2015 when they knew that power would change hand that they got to know that President Buhari does not have waec result. After all he had contested for three consecutive times. Tribalistic lair turned lawyer.

  9. Baba show your original certificate now! If not, you don't have any moral ground to be making noise about fighting corruption. Many people who forged certificate are languishing in jail now and here is a President whose original certificate have become a mistery only for one man to hurriedly write a 2015 statement of result.
    Where lies the integrity and morality? The why things are going in Nigeria we may have an association of Toronto certificate holders.
