Nigerian Army demotes Gen. Patrick Falola

A Special Court Martial of the Nigerian Army has demoted Major General Patrick Falola, the Director of the 68 Reference Hospital, Yaba, in Lagos State.


He was demoted to the rank of Brigadier General.

This was after he was found guilty of unlawfully admitting students for clinical training without due clearance from the army headquarters.

He was said to have admitted international students from Espan Formation University, Cotonou in Benin Republic between July and September 2016.

  1. Is normal with the government of the day. COAS bought a house beyond his earnings nothing happened because he is Mallam. Is what they will use to demote a general. Yoruba use your tongue to count your teeth.

  3. That is Hausa regime. Any Hausa man in power will do this, they strive to remove other region, after the general demotion now, what the will do is bring a Northern fellow to head the unit.
