The committees, which were inaugurated by the Minister of State for Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, are Project Steering Committee, and a Project Delivery Committee.
Performing the inauguration in his office, the Minister said the Project Steering Committee, which he chairs, is to provide the general direction, and steer the course of Public Private Partnership project concessions in the aviation sector.
He said the driving force behind the Federal Government’s resolve to concession the airports was the over-riding national interest in ensuring the establishment and sustenance of world class standards in both infrastructural development and service delivery.

ReplyDeleteYou are telling Nigerian's that a committee is going to be inaugurated. Meanwhile we all know that the so called Concession has been implemented. Visit Abuja Airport and you will see gate fee hike. Cars will now pay N400 per entry instead of N200. Reason is that it has been Concessioned, and two months later, you are telling us that a committee will be inaugurated, may be to fulfill righteousness. The same thing PDP did with so-called PPP. In fact APC own style is worse. El-Rufai will take Kano, Amaechi take PH, Tinubu take Lagos. Naija o o. We are waiting for 2019 incha Allah.
