Buhari must never be allowed to get close to power – Asari Dokubo

Members of the Niger Delta People Salvation Front, NDPSF, volunteers, led by their leader, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, marched the streets of Warri, Delta State, causing unprecedented traffic in a show of strong solidarity and support for President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s re election.

The road walk saw thousands of youths reaffirming and expressing their determination to vote for Dr Jonathan.

Speaking at the rally, Alhaji Dokubo- Asari stated that it shall be gun for gun, bullet for bullet, bomb for bomb should Buhari attempt to cause chaos after losing the election.

He warned that Buhari must never be allowed to get close to power as he is a disaster waiting to happen, adding, “He is a spent force with a stale mind incapable of leading a multi complex Nigerian State.”

He said he was corrupt and immoral, while his wife had the guts to insult the women of the Niger Delta, especially the good women of Edo State by calling them prostitutes.

Dokubo Asari, wearing a red T shirt with the inscription March for Goodluck Jonathan insisted that Muhammadu Buhari remained a tyrant and unrepentant dictator who ought to be striped of his military honours as he rose the rank and file by unfair, immoral and corrupt means, having not been qualified.

He called on “all persons of who believe that never again should those who see us all as a conquered people; those who believe that we exist at their pleasure; those who believes our sovereignty must be continually confiscated; and that you and I are mere appendages in the Nigeria union lead us again to kick out Buhari, who is a chief promoter of born to rule and Boko Haram terrorism.”

” Muhammadu Buhari ought to be in jail and not allowed the luxury of contesting an election with sane people. He is the face of deceit,” he said.

He called on all good people of the Nigerian Union to vote for Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, who though not perfect, remains the most credible option for moving Nigeria forward and restructuring Nigeria.
He remarked that Good luck Jonathan remains our collective symbol of freedom from predominance.
He later endorsed Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru as his preferred gubernatorial candidate in Delta state.

Stop talking like our president and his supporters. 2011, we voted voluntarily enmassed for gej. 2015, he is walking on a tight rope. Ask yourself, what happened. aA ask asari and his likes, what investment do they have In nija delta.

    1. So you want the militant to start again right? Lagos is an industrial state. So much money flows in and out of that country. Lagos can sustain itself for 50yrs without federal allocation. Because the revenue the State collect can sustain them. Oil producing states look like farm sted. No development and nothing is happening there. The little means of their survival which is river is polluted there is no fish , no good water to drink. Brother let face reality Niger Delta States are suffering.

    4. The states there have local government chairmen they have states governors. Have you ask yourself what the local government and states are doing to improve the lives of the citizens? Do you know the numbers of Niger Delta student scattered all over the world? Carry out your research. Ukraine , Trinidad and Tobago , Malaysia, Indonesia etc. There is youth empowerment program going on to help youth have access to fund so they can set up business and employ others. GEJ can't turn Nigeria over night . It's a gradual process. Something said he Obasanjo came up with telecom. I agree but they are been monopolise with high call rate. And Jonathan is fighting them to reduce it. He paid Nigeria external debt with the help of oil money and gave oil Wells out. Made Dangote to monoplize Nigeria economy cement was sold for 2,500 but today Dangote has lost over $10b because Jonathan gave licence to others to produce cement are rand rice. Today cement is sold for 1,700 and below rice is between 8 to 10k and Nigeria now producing made in Nigeria rice and they are working on it to be market in full gear come next year. When was the last time we heard cars are assembled in Nigeria after Peugeot folded up? But to we now have made in Nigeria cars and major car company now assemble cars in the country. 90% of federal roads are now motorable so ask your state governor to fix theirs. Train now working in the country. Power plants are been built to boost electricity when all plants are complete come 2016. Yet you weak and unserious people are here complaining. You want him to come to your states and do what your state governors should do abi? Wake up you all and appreciate GEJ .

      Delete
    5. You don't have name so I just ignore you. When was oil discovered in Lagos? For your information Lagos was once a capital city and oil money was spent to develop Lagos and that brought about the large industries in the state today. Same way you see most of the company are moving to Abuja to make Abuja head office to their companies. But Nigeria won't allow that so get don't over crowd Abuja like Lagos. So Lagos and the North clamoring for power all benefitted from oil ok.
