2015 Presidential Polls: Buhari leads Jonathan with 2 million votes

Inec has officially announced 19 of 37 states and FCT.

The results announced have been in sync with independently collated results as announced at the state level for most places.

As at the time of this report, only results from some Local govts in Edo, Yobe and Benue were not announced.

This is how the Total results are likely to go, since whatever comes out of Edo and Benue where APC may lose some of the ground gained is likely to be compensated by results from Yobe.

Muhammadu Buhari, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is on the verge of winning last Saturday’s presidential elections, according to official results released so far by collation centres of the Independent National Electoral Commission across Nigeria.

Although we still await official announcement of results by the INEC returning officials from some states on Tuesday, NigerianEye collated results already declared by INEC on Monday, and also retrieved more results from the local governments announced by INEC and added them up to come up with preliminary results combined from the local government areas.

As shown in the table above, the results already announced by INEC are in red, while the figures in black have not been officially announced by Prof Jega, but were announced at the state level.

According to the total of the results gathered by NE so far from the several local governments in Nigeria, Buhari's APC leads with 14,267,561 while Jonathan was able to gather 12,198,657.

Although official results released so far by INEC suggests that APC has gathered 8,255,585
while the PDP has gathered 6,338,321

In both the official and non-official results, Buhari leads Jonathan by about 2 millon votes, and is on his way to becoming the next Nigerian president.

  1. The new kind of rigging is called disenfranchisement.
I wonder if anyone noticed how the total number of accredited voters in states where pdp won or is likely to win is a far cry from the total number of registered voters, this is mostly peculiar to southern states.
The sinister plan is orchestrated not just at the polling units but from inside INEC.
How can states like Kaduna with about 3.3 million registered end up with only about 1.6million, and no cancellations in Kaduna North where APC is likely to have lost; while in Kaduna South, LGAS like ZangonKataf and Sanga which even a child knows would have voted massively for PDP ended with unexplained cancellations.
Whereas, Northern States like Kano maintain almost the same size of registered voters as accredited voters.
Of they can't win or outright they will disenfranchise the voters and render their numbers useless.
In Kaduna for example, in the day of elections accreditation commenced very early in the Northern parts while in Kaduna south accreditation did not commence till very late in the day an in some places after voters waited for hours Inc officials never came.
Also in the northern States child voters are common, this is not a secret, the pictures on social media are only a small glimpse of what has always been going on.
Remember at the time of Feb 14 the states with the highest collection of PVCs were northern states while the states in the south had a very low rate, and some did not even have any PVCS distributed by INEC.
Also large Christian communities in the North have been severely depleted in numbers due to insurgency activities.
Now tell me who stands to gain from all this?
Am no advocate of PDP or Jonathan, he may just arguably be the worst president Nigeria has ever had, but you cannot deny that his capacity and will to govern and lead the country has been greatly impeded by the activities of saboteurs. Now the results of the sabotage are glaring for all to see.
If someone out of power is capable of making a country 'ungovernable', imagine what they can accomplish when in power?
Both sides have rigged, but what is happening as per the disenfranchisement of Nigerians to tip the scale in favor of the North is on another level of Sinister.
    Shine ya eye!

    2. U seems not to hit it all around, PDP-South south and south east result in which there is no delay in voting process and nothing was concealed didn't release the result even up till this moment 7:40am 31/3/2015 and u are saying all this.
we all know that the biggest rigging is from there now cos they are waiting for all other result to come out before they release their patch-up result.
what u complain of happen mostly from south south and south east which are PDP strongest hold if u check the figures very well, not even to talk of video all around which clearly showing massive PDP rigging.
The truth is, it happen on both side but PDP is worse.

    4. Yes, it's better he remains so. He should be talking about the open violation of voters' rights by PDP in states like Rivers, Akwa Ibom etc. the thuggery by Nwike as assisted by the law enforcement agents.

    9. When you notice the fact that most states in the south have 50% and over of their registered voters not accredited, you will realise that the real Sinister Game to Sway elections in the favour of the opposition is being orchestrated right inside INEC.

  3. Taking a look at the alleged number of vote from both the official and unofficial report, I can see why Gov Ameachi was crying badly. Even in the opposition stronghold like katsina and kano, the percentage of the APC was not more than 95% but going back to that of rivers state which is also an opposition state, Inec was bold to announce a 99.83% vote for the PDP. Even if the people are all brother and the state belong to PDP, This can not be achieve. When falsifying result, we should do it like literate not like illiterate. Take a look at the result of Edo, IMO, Lagos, even bayelsa. 99.8% was not achieve in PDP stronghold.
