American marine displays "Gay-Love" publicly

Sgt Brandon Morgan's embrace with boyfriend Dalan Wells has gone viral in the blogosphere after it was posted on Facebook.

An openly gay marine has caused a stir online after sharing the traditional home-coming first kiss with his boyfriend in Hawaii.
Sgt Brandon Morgan of Oakdale, California, was captured as he jumped into the arms of boyfriend, reported by International Business Times to be called Dalan Wells.
The pair embraced and locked lips as they were reunited following the end of Morgan's Afghanistan tour with the US Marines.

They join a longstanding tradition of military personnel vying to share the ‘first kiss’ with their partners on returning home from operational tour.
The picture went viral after being posted on the Gay Marines Facebook page and popular gay blogs Joe.My.God and Towleroad, receiving more than 18,000 ‘likes’ and almost 4,000 comments since Saturday.

‘Welcome home and thank you for your service!’ wrote one commenter. ‘This is an awesome picture! Love knows no gender, race, creed or sexual preference.’

‘Welcome home Marine!’ wrote another. ‘Thank you for your service! As a veteran of the U.S. Army it brings tears to my eyes to see you be able to express your love without fear. God bless you and your BF. May you have many more years together!’
During his deployment Morgan recorded a Christmas message dedicated to ‘all my friends and family’ but without mention of Wells.

Responding to Facebook comments he described Wells as 'the giant in the photo' and quipped 'can't believe how many shares and likes we have gotten on this'.

Sgt. Brandon Morgan recorded a video wishing his friends and family a happy Christmas and New Year.

He added: ‘To everyone who has responded in a positive way. My partner and I want to say thank you.
‘We didn't do this to get famous, or something like that, we did this cause after 3 deployments and four years knowing each other, we finally told each other how we felt.’

The photo of Sgt Morgan and his partner comes five months after the military's ban on openly gay service expired.
Their ‘don't ask, don't tell’ policy that had banned openly gay men and women from serving in the US military ended last September.

The pair have followed in the footsteps of Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta of California and Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell of Los Angeles who in December became the first lesbian couple to share the traditional home coming first kiss.
They were seen embracing on the pier at Virginia Beach, Virginia after their ship docked following an 80-day deployment to the Caribbean.

Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta (left) kisses her partner Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell, following the ship's return to homeport after a three-month deployment in the Caribbean.
Tradition: Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta (left) kisses her partner Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell, following the ship's return to homeport after a three-month deployment in the Caribbean.

Speaking at the time of the kiss Snell said she believed their experience wouldn't be the last one for gays and lesbians in the military.
'I think that it's something that is going to open a lot of doors, for not just our relationship, but all the other gay and lesbian relationships that are in the military now,' she said.

  1. rubbish!!! I don't know what the western world wants to turn the whole world too. GOD will not allow their plan to come to fullfilment. I have come to see that Africans have a reverence for GOD than this western world people. GOD Bless Africa. Let's say no to Gayism and Lesbianism. They are unnatural and against God's standards and requirement to fill the earth.

  2. Nonsense. Gay people have been around since time immemorial and life just goes on. If you have something against it, fine; live your life the "straight" way, and teach your kids the same. I don't drink and think alcohol is the root of many evils but I don't advocate banning it for people who want to drink and be merry. Let gay people be.

  3. Africa is the true GOD's own continent,I want to salute the courage of our leaders who say no to western evil and satanic culture of gayism and lesbianism. God commanded man to marry a woman and not a man to man its evil. Please Africans avoid this evil practice.

  7. Father forgive them for they dont know what they are doing. The Westerners are only frustrating themselves and their generation. As for we Africans, we prefer to follow the way of our God by acting right and not wrong. Even their leaders are mother fuckers. shame!

  8. I am dumbfounded! This is an abominable act. God must really have mercy on this generation. No matter how slow Africa's development has been, we're far blessed than the Westerners cos We revere GOD.

  9. Even in Heaven, there are rules. Its no different on Earth. Wrong is wrong even if its committed by a 'Pope' and right is right even if its done by Lucifer'. Essentially, whether African is underdeveloped, its got nothing to do with God. Rot with your immorality, sleep with a goat and a cow if you as well, think its ok. Africa reigns supreme!

  10. Whoever is saying that we should allow the gays and lesbians to be, is indirectly supporting them. What is wrong is wrong and what is right is right. Gayism and lesbianism is dirty and unnatural. How can one procreate through such means? Had it been his or her father or mother practised such, how would they have given birth to such a person? And now, the person is indirectly saying that GOD does not know what is good for the humans he created.Infact, GOD is patient so that people can repent because HE does not desire any of us to be destroyed but to attain to repentance and get saved. "GOD! MAY YOUR WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS DONE IN HEAVEN" GOD bless ARICA. AFRICANS are saying NO!!! to gayism and lesbianism. PERIOD!!!

  12. The person who goes on about Africa, God, Hell, etc... Seriously man, go and get a lIfe. You don't even have enough balls to post your name. Go and have a good look in a mirror to see how perfect you are cause you are not. Worry about yourself and your family and leave others in peace. They don't touch you so you should stop as well. Direct your energy into something positive. Love everyone for who they are.
